The Frys.com Open is a PGA Tour Fall Series golf tournament. First staged in 2007 as the Fry's Electronics Open at Grayhawk Golf Club's Raptor Course in Scottsdale, Arizona, it adopted its current name in 2008, and moved to CordeValle Golf Club in San Martin, California effective in 2010. Since its inception, the purse has been US$5 million.
Frys.com Open golf tournament is part of the PGA's Fall Series and will be televised all four days on The Golf Channel. The tournament will feature a full 132-player field and offers a $5 million purse; with $900,000 going to the Frys.com winner.

2011 Frys.com Open Winner
On the sixth sudden-death playoff hole, Bryce Molder made a 6-foot birdie putt to pocket the victory at the 2011 Frys.com Open. He earned $900,000.It was the longest playoff on tour this year. Molder shot 65 on Saturday, 64 on Sunday and navigated the six playoff holes in 4-under-par. That's a grand total of 17-under over 42 weekend holes - without a bogey.

Rocco Mediate wins 2010 Frys.com Open. Mediate, a 47-year-old good guy with a chronically bad back and a permanent smile, didn't just win the PGA Tour's event at CordeValle Golf Club in San Martin, Calif., he made it compelling. Not only was the win Mediate's first since the 2002 Greater Greensboro Open, but it also secured his PGA Tour card for the next two years. Mediate, who now has six career wins. Mediate had just rolled in an 18-foot birdie putt on No. 16 to grab a share of the lead. For the first 15 holes of the final round, Mediate was 5 over, turning a three-shot lead into a one-stroke deficit.
2009 Frys.com Open Winner
This was the second straight year the Frys.com Open was decided in a playoff. Matteson set a new PGA TOUR 36-hole scoring record with consecutive 9-under 61’s in the second and third rounds, and held off young guns Rickie Fowler and Jamie Lovemark with a birdie on the second playoff hole to earn his second career PGA TOUR victory (his first win came in the 2006 Frys.com Open in Las Vegas).
2008 Frys.com Open Winner
The 2008 Frys.com Open saw Cameron Beckman winning in a playoff over Kevin Sutherland. Beckman dominated the Raptor Course for a final round score of 63 to force a playoff with Sutherland, and made par on the 2nd playoff hole to secure the victory and the $900,000 first place prize. Beckman finished the tournament with an 18-under-par score of 262 for the tournament.
